I think I was around 13 or 14 when I first played Diablo, it was the first real PC game I ever played and when I feel nostalgic I still play it. Played the second game for years also, but not after Diablo 3 came out. Me and my husband changed our PCs before Diablo 3 was released just for the game, so I can say that this is a true fanart for me. I grew up playing this game and would not ever dream that one day I would draw something and some people from the Diablo team would actually see that. So thats why I am in for this competition.
And why I drew my crusader guarding the high heavens? As a player, while waiting for the expansion to come out I usually hang out around gardens of hope, collecting gold etc. The design of the act really impressed me and I thought why not draw that. and since the way I preapare for battle is this, then it may be as well for the crusader.

Overall Vision Originality Technique Impactokay before i get started i am not good at constructive criticism its a cool drawing and i like the shading of the colors the woman is proportioned nicely and looks like an actual human being i am not exactly sure about the mace though it seems a little out of place i am not sure if this is an original piece or not i don't get around to much i like how you did the lighting but there is one piece were her knee and the shield kind of blend together but the detail in the armor is very cool.
